	Proceedings can be selected by date of meeting and name of meeting.

On this page, House floor proceedings can be viewed live. The 'names of scheduled meetings' and their 'opening times' are displayed.

When you click on the [ ] icon at the left of the 'name of meeting', you will get the 'Selection of software' on display. Click on the viewing software you want to use and your connection speed, and you can then view the program of proceedings you have selected.
If you accept the Cookie, the viewing software you have selected is automatically saved. Next time you want to view, just click on the [ ] icon, then you can view the program of proceedings you have selected.

Viewing software also can be selected from 'Selection of viewing software' in the left frame.
Online service, in principle, starts 10 minutes before the scheduled opening time of a meeting, and finishes two minutes after the adjournment. When a scheduled meeting is cancelled, the [ ] icon will be displayed.

The Video Library generally carries meetings from the day they are broadcast live.
A meeting can be selected by 'Search meetings in calendar.' Click on a date in the calendar.

A meeting can also be selected by 'Search meetings by data selection.' Select date (day, month, and year) and/or meeting from the pull-down menu, and click on the 'Search' button.
In case of Search by date, please note that entering a date in the first line without another date in the second line will display meetings on that day only just like entering a date in the first line and the same date in the second line.

To search by name of meeting, select it from the pull-down menu.
When you click on the 'Search' button after inputting search terms, a list of search results will be displayed.

Click on the name of a meeting in the list, and you will get a table of software selections. Select the software you want to use and your connection speed, click on them, then you can view the program of proceedings you have selected.

If you accept the Cookie, the viewing software and the connection speed you have selected are automatically saved. Next time you want to view, just click on the name of the meeting.

To view the House proceedings in progress, you need 'Windows Media Player' or 'RealPlayer' software.
Check first that the speed of your modem and the kind of telephone line you have are suitable, and then install 'Windows Media Player' or 'RealPlayer' software, following the installation process described on this page.
If your image-receiving software does not fit the environment of your computer, the images of proceedings may not come out clearly. In this case, download the software again and re-install it.
